It is super simple. Measure out all your ingredients. Preheat the oven to 210 °C (410 F). Melt the butter. Add all your ingredients to a bowl and mix them well.Put the mixture into a silicone mold and bake for about 40 min. If the top seems to brown faster cover it with aluminum foil.

- 120 g plain flour (1 cup)
- 120 g sugar (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp.)
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- vanilla extract
- 300 g applesauce (1 +1/4 cup)
- 140 g butter (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp.)
- spices: cinnamon, all-spice if you like it
Measure out all your ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 210 °C (410 F)
Melt the butter.
Add all your ingredients to a bowl and mix them well.
Put the mixture into a silicone mold and bake for about 40 min. If the top seems to brown faster cover it with aluminum foil.
