This applesauce cake is super easy to make, very moist, super delicious. This delicious applesauce cake quickly became my favorite. It is very unique, and applesauce helps keep fat and calories low in this recipe.

As simple as it gets…if you have some applesauce at home, I highly recommend this dessert. It is very unique and super delicious, and very easy to make. Most of the ingredients are staple ingredients.

How to make applesauce cake?

It is super simple. Measure out all your ingredients. Preheat the oven to 210 °C (410 F). Melt the butter. Add all your ingredients to a bowl and mix them well.Put the mixture into a silicone mold and bake for about 40 min. If the top seems to brown faster cover it with aluminum foil.

Applesauce cake

  • 120 g plain flour (1 cup)
  • 120 g sugar (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp.)
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • vanilla extract
  • 300 g applesauce (1 +1/4 cup)
  • 140 g butter (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp.)
  • spices: cinnamon, all-spice if you like it
  1. Measure out all your ingredients.

  2. Preheat the oven to 210 °C (410 F)

  3. Melt the butter.

  4. Add all your ingredients to a bowl and mix them well.

  5. Put the mixture into a silicone mold and bake for about 40 min. If the top seems to brown faster cover it with aluminum foil.

One slice provides about 344 calories, 19 g fat, 40 g carbohydrates, 2 g protein.
